Leigh Radford is the Senior Vice President and Founder of P&G Ventures. This early-stage, start-up studio creates new brands and businesses by building win-win partnerships with entrepreneurs, visionaries, and start-ups. Under her leadership, Leigh has step-changed the development and portfolio of new brands including OPTE, the world’s first Digital Skin Care and winner of Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies (2021), BODEWELL a medicated skincare line, KINDRA, a brand devoted to helping women manage the challenges associated with Menopause and ZEVO, a safe & effective solution to insect control. In addition to managing the broader portfolio, Leigh also currently serves on the board of directors for three of the start-up companies, as part of an external build-studio partnership with Venture Capital Firm, M13.
For over twenty years at P&G, Leigh has combined vision, tenacity, and operational discipline to build and grow enduring billion+ dollar brands across multiple categories, including Skin Care, Personal Cleansing, Health Care, and Oral Care. Leigh has a talent for taking small ideas with promise and turning them into proven global brand success. Brands under her leadership have delivered significant and sustained business growth including OLAY becoming the #1 Global Skincare Brand, VICKS achieving $1 Billion+ status and the expansion of SAFEGUARD into new markets across Eastern Europe, China and Southeast Asia.
Leigh is regarded as one of P&G’s most innovative leaders and world-class brand builders. She sets the bar high, builds a foundation of trust, and lives a passion for changing the game in both brand creation and innovation. Prior to Procter & Gamble, Leigh began her career in the airline business working for Eastern and Continental Airlines across multiple sales and management positions. Leigh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Business Administration from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
